Cadaques is situated close South from the Spanish border towards France. It is a large natural harbour with only a few small beaches. The old town has many small shops and galleries. The night life during the summer month is lively. The best month to visit, if you do not like to much of a crowd is May and June, and again in September and October. However the autumn month can be rainy in short periods. During the winter month Cadaques and Costa Brava in general can be very windy and cold.
