Peñiscola is a costal town with a characteristic fortress on a small hill. On both sides you have beaches. The North beach being the longest. View web cam.

Along the beaches you have apartment blocks. To the North you find the town of Benicarlo

Peñiscola is very quiet during the winter moth. On the camping sites you find many coming from the Northern Europe cold winter. They are happy to exchange their more comfortable dwellings in the cold, with the more primitive caravan or auto camper.

The Eden Camping is very close to the town and the water front, and it is advisable to call first the check if they have any room.

During the summer month the beach is full and in the old town you find a good selection of bars and restaurants.
