The entrance to the camping site, Mer Sable Soleil is facing the beach. There is a large parking in front of the entrance where you can wait if the office is closed. Which it normally is mid day.

The site has mainly mobile homes, where several are for renting, often used for wind surfers visiting the area.

If you are arriving from the A9, then as you get near Leucate town, do not pass through town. Follow the signs to Port Leucate, and you will drive around the town.

Once you are on the other side of Leucate town follow the sign to Leucate beach. If you miss it you need to drive 5 Km down the coastal road to Port Leucate and turn there.

The sign is at a roundabout, and it takes you onto a parallel road to the principal road.

Drive down to you can see the beach, then turn right.
