Cap de L Homy is a small beach resort 27 Km South of Mimizan. It is the type of place that is full of life some month during the summer and falls asleep, waiting for the next season to start.

Close to the beach, you find a 3 star camping www.camping-cap.com  It is open from 1 st May til 30 th September. The camping site is located in a pine wood with very tall pine trees. The trees are creating a shade for the sun, which is very comfortable during hot summer month.

Even with a large number pf pitches, reservation is needed during the high season, else you are not likely to get located.

On the water front there is a large parking, and here you find a surf school at one end. The school will only be opened during peak season.

In September it gets very quiet here. Eventually all shops will close down. If you look for more activity it is better to head for Mimizan beach.
