Malgrat de Mar is situated on the coast 60 Km North from Barcelona. It has a rail way station and connects as well to Barcelona by N II and nearby high way C-32. The Ap-7 high way from France is 12Km. away, and this makes Malgrat de Mar a possible over night stop for camping people of many nations. Many use the camping site named Bon Repos. It is open all year and is situated directly to the beach. Bon Repos is situated in the South end of the town. If you get there on a sunny spring or Autumn day, you are likely to extend your stay. Close North of the town, and clearly marked with signs, you find several more camping sites. The charter tourist is also a frequent visitor to Malgrat. The close distance to Girona airport, helps in this matter.
